Eligibility

Only members in good standing shall be eligible to hold office as directors.

Duties

The directors shall perform such duties as outlined in the Policy and Procedures Manual. Directors are expected to chair at least one committee as assigned by the president. Board members are expected to have a viable email address and respond to IBMA emails in a timely manner (generally within 48 hours).
